Founded in 1821 in Gambellara, Veneto in Italy, Zonin produces quality Italian wines,
exported to over 100 different countries. The beating heart of Zonin is the Zonin family,
which for seven generations and over two hundred years of history has cultivated,
interpreted and handed down a unique cultural heritage with a progressive look to the

Zonin’s longevity is due to its core beliefs expressed as: care for the territory,

enhancement of local wine-making traditions, respect for biodiversity, technical

experimentation, innovation in production processes and sustainable development.

Zonin is probably best known for its iconic Prosecco. ZONIN Prosecco is an embodiment of the Italian lifestyle: positive energy, fun, and the joy of being together to share unforgettable moments. ZONIN’s vibrant and stylish Prosecco is crafted in the lush hills of Northern Italy.

The Wine

Zonin Zero Non Alcoholic Sparkling Wine

Zonin Zero alcohol-free sparkling wine lets you feel part of the party without compromising on quality or taste. The Zonin family wanted to develop a product with characteristics that can closely replicate its iconic Prosecco, while containing less than 0.2% alcohol.

They achieved this through a gentler process of de-alcoholising the wines which make up the blend. The sparkling wine is made by fermenting the Garganega, Trebbiano, and Chardonnay grapes in the normal way. The wines are then blended and de-alcoholised. Once de-alcoholised, there is a second fermentation giving the fine bubbles, via the Charmat method, traditionally used in Prosecco .

The result is a vibrant and fresh sparkling wine with a great mouthfeel. Zonin Zero sparkling wine has a fuller-bodied for a non-alcoholic wine, with a lingering, wine-like aftertaste.
